Grammar Sketch

This section consists of comments and definitions of specific selected features of the Ob-Ugric languages.

There are also phoneme tables (IPA) and inflected form and affix tables. Some dialects feature descirpitons on syntax and/or pragmatics, as well. The subsection Tables can be sorted by dialect as well as by linguistic subject.

The subsection Annotation provides information on information structure and its effects on Ob-Ugric sentence and text structure. Based on these principles, a semi-automatic annotation tool has been developed during OUDB. One can also find information on its technical background and developement, a manual for annotators and lists of tags which have been used in the annotation.
